Our Reconciliation Action Plan sets out the minimum elements required to build strong relationships, respect and opportunities within the organisation and the Western Sydney community.
The RAP contributes to reconciliation by providing holistic and culturally appropriate support to the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.
Committing to the RAP has allowed us to strengthen our connection with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations. We continue to develop these important relationships to help us provide excellent service to our Western Sydney community.
Our Mission and Values
We focus on the improvement of the health of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living in Western Sydney to ensure we deliver integrated, culturally appropriate support to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.
