|Contract: Commissioning Coordinator||This role is perfect if you like developing relationships with your service providers, researching best practice improvements, and maintaining accurate CRM systems. You will be an integral team member that delivers needs-based, high quality and high value health and wellbeing services to the residents of Western Sydney.|
|Health Program Coordinator||Working in partnership with key stakeholders you will coordinate and support the successful implementation of the PCCG agreed models of care in the community. Fostering and maintaining strong partnerships is crucial to the broad scope of projects between WSLHD and WSPHN associated programs spanning primary care, aged care and the broader health care sector, ensuring alignment and implementation of key programs.|
|Project Manager||We have an opportunity for two talented Project Managers to join the team. Reporting to the Senior Strategic Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing projects within the commissioning portfolio, such as Collaborative Commissioning, Service Delivery Reform, Child and Youth and Aboriginal-specific projects.|
|Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator||Reporting to the Stakeholder Engagement and Development Manager you will be responsible for a range of support services to facilitate stakeholder engagement and development activities that focus on creating innovative ways to encourage and support people to increase their use of health services across Western Sydney.|
