|Data Analyst||We are offering a unique opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our organisation on a contract basis until the 30th June 2023. Reporting to the Senior Data Analyst and Team Leader, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about health, data, performance and reporting to join an innovative and hardworking team. In this role, you will focus on generating data-driven solutions to improve population health, cost-effectiveness and quality of care and patient experience in the Western Sydney area.|
|Health Program Support Officer||We are looking for a Health Program Support Officer to join our organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity that would suit a recent graduate looking to kick start their career in the community and healthcare industry. You will support the team to deliver a range of activities for all commissioned services including maintenance of CRM systems, liaising with service providers, and gain the opportunity to develop skills across service evaluation and design, market testing, procurement, contract implementation and management.|
|Project Manager||Reporting to the Senior Strategic Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing projects within the commissioning portfolio, including the delivery of the integrated regional Mental Health plan. you will be required to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, manage project reporting systems, and drive change in primary care health & care services.|
|Help Desk - Health Program Officer||This is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career in the healthcare industry and work with the Practice Development team to support the General Practitioners and Allied Health Providers in the region via our Help Desk. Your key responsibility will be providing administrative support for all project initiatives.|
|KEYS (Kids Early Years) Navigator - Aboriginal Engagement||The KEYS Navigator (Aboriginal Engagement) will work within a multiagency team, to provide information and assistance to service providers – to identify vulnerable families and their needs, support access and co-ordination of quality services between agencies to families, and ensure there is a coordinated shared family plan for ongoing support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families.|
|Business/Program Coordinator||Reporting to the Senior Commissioning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and delivering against external reporting frameworks, and support all aspects of commissioning high-quality, needs-based services across service evaluation, best practice research, system/service co-design, procurement, contract award and service implementation.|
