|Marketing, Communications and Education Coordinator||We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing, Communications and Education Coordinator in our Marketing and Communications team. In this busy and varied role, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination for the successful delivery of communications, education and training events and content development.|
|KEYS (Kids Early Years) Navigator - Primary Care||KEYS Navigators will work within a multiagency team, to provide information and assistance to service providers – to identify vulnerable families and their needs, support access and co-ordination of quality services between agencies to families, and ensure there is a coordinated shared family plan for ongoing support to families.|
|KEYS (Kids Early Years) Navigator - Aboriginal Engagement||The KEYS Navigator (Aboriginal Engagement) will work within a multiagency team, to provide information and assistance to service providers – to identify vulnerable families and their needs, support access and co-ordination of quality services between agencies to families, and ensure there is a coordinated shared family plan for ongoing support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families.|
|Business/Program Coordinator||Reporting to the Senior Commissioning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and delivering against external reporting frameworks, and support all aspects of commissioning high-quality, needs-based services across service evaluation, best practice research, system/service co-design, procurement, contract award and service implementation.|
|Nurse Facilitator||We have a part-time opportunity for an experienced Nurse Facilitator to join the team. Reporting to the Strategic Priorities Project Lead, you will be responsible for building capacity and capability across General Practice and Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFS). Initially, this role will focus on the COVID-19 response around testing, vaccination, and outbreak preparedness.|
