What We Do
WentWest is an independent not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving health in Western Sydney. Everything we do is in service of our vision of healthier communities, empowered individuals, and a sustainable primary healthcare workforce and system.
Our Origin Story
Built from the ground up in Western Sydney
Established in 2002, WentWest began as a grassroots organisation supporting general practitioners and primary care providers across Western Sydney.
In 2015, WentWest was appointed as the Western Sydney Primary Health Network (PHN), recognising our strong local foundations and expanding our ability to drive greater health impact.
