Annual Review 2022/23: Evolution
‘Evolution’ is our first digital, interactive annual review. This 2022/23 report celebrates 20 years of WentWest working with health professionals, providers and community members in Western Sydney.
Over the past year, our team has provided support across 470 commissioning contracts, 64 residential aged care facilities and 340 general practices, covering programs from chronic health, to urgent care, mental health, to aged care.
