We provide a suite of training and professional development opportunities for primary health care providers across the Western Sydney region.
We are an accredited provider of the Royal Australian College of General Practice (RACGP) Quality Improvement and Continuing Professional Development Program. We facilitate and promote networking, education and inter-professional learning opportunities for primary health care clinicians, based on locally identified needs that support improvements in the quality of patient care.
The CPD Program supports Australian GPs to maintain and improve their professional knowledge and skills in order to provide the best possible care for patients and their communities.
Nurses work collaboratively with GPs and other members of the practice team to provide safe and quality care.
We support practice nurses with a lot of training and events that are accredited by the Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association (APNA). Some of these include:
- Asthma and Respiratory Management
- Child Growth and Development workshops and
- Health Care Homes specific training and networking
