Western Sydney HealthPathways is an online tool that provides health professionals with local clinical information and resources about managing medical conditions and referral options for their patients.  Western Sydney HealthPathways was established in 2013 as a partnership between the Western Sydney Primary Health Network (WSPHN), Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) and Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network (SCHN).

The team is proud to share the Western Sydney HealthPathways Annual Review 2023. We currently have over 680 pathways and have plans to expand the neurology, ophthalmology, mental health and rheumatology pathway categories in 2024.

To navigate the Annual Review, please use the arrows and zoom functions, or view the Annual Review online.

New Western Sydney HealthPathways Video

To showcase how health professionals across Western Sydney use HealthPathways in their professions, the team developed a video in collaboration with Dr Michelle Crockett, Clinical Lead at Western Sydney HealthPathways, Dr Christine Lau, SCHN Hospital Specialist Paediatrician and Dr Ziad Basyouny, WSLHD Medical Lead for Hospital in Home.

In this video, they discuss the challenges they face and the benefits of having HealthPathways at their fingertips.
