We’re constantly working towards creating a vision of healthier communities, empowered individuals, sustainable health care workforces and systems.
Understanding Your Needs
As the Western Sydney Primary Health Network, we recognise that building a more sustainable, coordinated health system begins with listening to the needs of our health care professionals.
To guide our service design and delivery, we conduct an annual needs survey to better understand the realities faced by health professionals in our region and find ways to help them provide quality care for our community.
Have Your Say
This survey provides local GPs and allied health professionals (AHP) the opportunity to help direct our strategy as a PHN and drive quality improvement initiatives in Western Sydney.
To help streamline questions and input, we have two surveys available for our different health professional cohorts.
General practitioners, practice nurses, practice managers and staff are invited to complete the GP Needs Survey using the below link.
We invite all allied health professionals to complete the AHP Needs Survey below.
Everyone who completes the survey will go into a draw to win one of five Fitbit Charger 4 wireless activity and sleep tracking wristbands.
Completing the survey also provides an opportunity for you to receive survey insights and how we are using these results to help you continue to provide quality care for Western Sydney.
