From Monday 17 March 2025, health professionals must register for a personal login which will provide exclusive access to continuing professional development (CPD) activity tracking and an AI-enhanced Smart Search function.
This change will offer a more convenient, secure and personalised experience.
The new HealthPathways will help ensure that health professionals have seamless access to essential information to provide the best care for their patients.
HealthPathways offers clinicians locally agreed information to make the right decisions together with patients, at the point of care. The pathways are designed primarily for general practice teams, but are also available to specialists, allied health professionals and other health professionals in the region.
The introduction of a personal HealthPathways logins is designed to enhance the experience and provide health professionals with exclusive features.
Starting from Monday 17 March 2025, health professionals will be able to register for their own HealthPathways account and unlock a more personalised, convenient and streamlined experience. This will apply to the Western Sydney HealthPathways website.
There are several associated benefits to personal HealthPathways logins.
- Convenience: Easily manage account and preferences, making it simpler to find and use information. The personal HealthPathways account will allow health professionals to stay signed in for up to a year, eliminating the need to log in on every visit.
- Enhanced privacy and security: With a personal HealthPathways account, health professionals have their own private and secure login. This means they will be able to maintain their own user profile, including being able to change password and other details. Only aggregated and anonymised usage data is used to monitor trends and support quality improvements. To find out more read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Simplified access: Access multiple HealthPathways sites from one place with just one login. In the future, as individual HealthPathways accounts become available across all HealthPathways sites, this single-sign-in feature will make the experience even more seamless.
Exclusive Features
Register for the personal HealthPathways account from Monday 17 March 2025. From this date, the generic login will no longer be available.
