As host and creator of the Health Report, on ABC Radio National, Dr Swan brings an insightful and informative perspective on Australia’s primary care landscape.
The day will explore a range of topics relevant to Western Sydney and its diverse population, including culturally and linguistically diverse and vulnerable communities, innovative solutions to enhance the care of chronic and complex conditions, primary care workforce and a place-based approach.
