We’re constantly working towards creating a vision of healthier communities, empowered individuals, sustainable health care workforces and systems.

Understanding Your Needs

As the Western Sydney Primary Health Network, we recognise that building a more sustainable, coordinated health system begins with listening to the needs of our health care professionals.

To guide our service design and delivery, we conduct an annual needs survey to better understand the realities faced by health professionals in our region and find ways to help them provide quality care for our community.

Have Your Say

The 2023 Needs Survey is now open.

This survey provides local GPs, allied health professionals (AHP), residential aged care facilities’ (RACF) managers and Commissioned Service Providers (CSP) with the opportunity to help direct our strategy as a PHN and drive quality improvement initiatives in Western Sydney.

To help streamline questions and input, we have four surveys available for our different health professional cohorts. Each survey is available via the buttons below this section.

  • General practitioners, practice nurses, practice managers and staff are invited to complete the GP Needs Survey
  • We invite all AHPs to complete the AHP Needs Survey
  • The RACF Needs Survey has been designed to capture feedback from RACF Managers
  • We also invite all CSPs to complete the CSP Needs Survey

Completing the survey also provides an opportunity for you to receive survey insights and how we are using these results to help you continue to provide quality care for Western Sydney.
