Annual Review 2023-2024: Partnerships
The 2023-2024 Annual Review, Partnerships, celebrates the collective work completed with health professionals, providers and community in Western Sydney. The past financial year has seen many notable achievements including the opening of a Neighbourhood Health Hub in Rooty Hill, successful implementation of Citizens’ Juries and the support of eligible practices with the uptake of MyMedicare. We have also provided over $61 million in commissioned contracts and grants to strengthen health care for community and opened two Medicare Urgent Care Clinics.
Our team has provided support across 537 commissioning contracts, 64 residential aged care homes and 350 general practices, covering programs from chronic health, to urgent care, mental health, to aged care.
