For over two decades, WentWest has been committed to improving health outcomes for the diverse communities of Western Sydney. This year’s Annual Review reflects our ongoing journey of collaboration, innovation, and impact.
In 2024–2025, we continued to strengthen partnerships with health professionals, service providers, and community leaders to deliver accessible, equitable, and sustainable health care.
From advancing primary care transformation to commissioning programs that address mental health, aged care, and urgent care needs, our work is guided by the quintuple aim: better health, better care, improved equity, workforce wellbeing, and financial sustainability.
