Accessing Healthy Western Sydney
Healthy Western Sydney currently offers information on palliative care, aged care, dementia and mental health services and we plan to expand to include other services in the future.
The directory also includes links to additional helpful resources including the National Health Services Directory
Information in the directory has purposely been structured in an easy to read, user friendly way, so that you receive a snapshot of the services offered, including:
- mode of delivery the services is provided in (i.e. in person, online, over the phone or in-home)
- whether there is a cost involved
- if a referral is needed
- if a booking is required
We have also included audience information, especially useful if you are looking for services that are specifically for First Nations people or Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) community members.
